Scheelite is an important ore of Tungsten and is most often seen in shades of orange and brown. It fluoresces brightly under UV light, and is named after Swedish chemist Karl William Scheele, who discovered Tungsten within Scheelite. When combined with Calcite and Dolomite, it is known as Lapis Lace, although this mixture is still often referred to incorrectly as Scheelite.
