Mango Quartz is a very rare Quartz that can only be found in very small amounts in Boyaca, Colombia. The sometimes fibrous appearing inclusions are rare Halloysite, a mineral usually formed in areas with volcanic deposits. Like other Colombian Quartz, they are usually a very bright, clear, high quality Quartz, sometimes found in delicate spiky clusters with elongated crystals. The terminations of Mango Quartz are very interesting, as where there is a high level of Halloysite present in the tip, there are often multiple, elestial style terminations.
