This stunning Gem Lepidolite and Pink Tourmaline tower is also known by the trade name Unicorn Stone. Unlike most Unicorn Stone, the Lepidolite that makes up the majority of this tower is classed as Gem Lepidolite, which means that the layers of the Lepidolite Mica are stacked together tightly, giving a very shiny reflection on two sides, and you can see the stacked very thin layers on the opposite two sides (if you backlight these sides then you will see a lovely soft purple glow). As with most Gem Lepidolite, these towers have been stabilised to minimise peeling of the layers, which is natural for mica sheets. You will receive the exact crystal in the photos.
This rare of mixture of Lepidolite & Rubellite/ Pink Tourmaline, sometimes with Cleavelandite and Smoky Quartz combines the properties of all crystals, with the loving, feminine energy of Rubellite complementing the soothing and relaxing energy of Lepidolite.
