Charoite
Charoite has only been found in Siberia, Russia, and is named after the Chara River where it was discovered in the 1940s. The word 'chary' means magic or charm in Russian, and this crystal is also known as Charoite Jade, although it has no relation to true Jade. It is a beautiful shimmering purple stone that is popular in jewellery, but the ancient Mongols used it to carve ornamental objects and to boil ritual teas in.
Charoite guides individuals toward present-moment awareness, encouraging a mindful embrace of the here and now. This crystal aids in the release of old relationships, facilitating progress along the path of personal growth. Charoite's dynamic energy unveils new opportunities, expanding one's horizons and inviting fresh perspectives. As a catalyst for mental focus, it enriches meditation practices and clarity of thought. Charoite enhances intuition and attention span, contributing to a heightened sense of awareness. With its grounding essence, it harmonises the spiritual self, nurturing inner vision and insight. This gem empowers individuals to conquer fear, promoting resilience and courage in the face of challenges.
