You will receive a confirmation email with your order number after your order has successfully been placed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk email folder, and if you're unsure, pop us a message.

Once we have dispatched your order, we cannot change the address. However, if you have placed an order with the wrong address, please let us know as soon as possible, and providing it has not been dispatched, we will be able to update the address.

Yes, website orders can be placed for most countries internationally. There are a few places we do not ship to by default due to excessively high shipping, please contact us if you would like to place an order but the website will not accept your shipping address.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import fees and handling charges from your local post office.

Please note that Royal Mail are not guaranteeing delivery times on Tracked 24 and 48 post.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will usually be sent out the same day, standard UK 2nd class post generally takes 3-5 days to arrive, depending on Royal Mail. Delivery times to the following countries are an approximate guide, parcels can get held up in customs which is out of our control:

Europe - usually 3 - 10 working days, can be up to 4 weeks

North America - usually 7 - 14 working days, can be up to 6 weeks

Rest of the World - usually 10 - 21 working days, can be up to 6 weeks
