Beautiful rare Herkimer Diamond from Herkimer county in upstate New York, USA. We bought these incredible pieces from a wonderful couple of ladies who dug these beauties themselves. You will receive the exact Herkimer Diamond crystal shown in the photos.
Herkimer Diamonds are double terminated quartz points that can only be found in Herkimer County, New York. They have beautiful clarity and often have stunning rainbows and inclusions. There are many 'perkimers', 'Pakimers' , and other such imitations become more prevalent on the web, however they aren't true 'Herkimers' as they come from Pakistan, and often also lack the true shape and clarity of true 'Herks'.
Herkimers are generally regarded as the most powerful of all Quartz crystals, and are strong amplifiers of spiritual energy. Excellent for work in meditation and dream work, they are often very small but mighty. Usually, the smaller the crystal, the clearer it is, as imperfections in the growth structure are amplified over time as the crystal enlarges, and inclusions are deposited and subsequently encased in the growing crystal.
