Our top priority is ensuring your crystals arrive in perfect condition, but also in a way that has as little impact on the planet as possible. We use box suppliers who create our boxes out of recycled and sustainable materials, our padded envelopes are from a Climate Neutral company who use FSC certified sources, and our bubble wrap is recyclable.

Lovely soft Pink Tourmaline (Rubellite) in Feldspar from Madagasacar. You will receive one Pink Tourmaline tumbled stone, an example of the ones we have are shown in the photos. Each one is approx 18 - 25mm across.
Pink Elbaite Tourmaline is also referred to as Rubellite, and is found in shades varying from deep, almost ruby red to pale pinks. It was a favoured gemstone of Chinese Empress Tzu Hsi, who imported the pink gemstones via Tiffany's, from the San Diego mines in California. Over a period of 8 years in the early 1900s, Imperial China imported 120 tons of gem quality pink Tourmaline. When she died in 1908, Empress Tzu Hsi was laid to rest on a pillow of Pink Tourmaline. Red and Pink Tourmalines were also one of the gemstones used to designate the highest rank of Chinese Mandarins, along with rubies.
