Our top priority is ensuring your crystals arrive in perfect condition, but also in a way that has as little impact on the planet as possible. We use box suppliers who create our boxes out of recycled and sustainable materials, our padded envelopes are from a Climate Neutral company who use FSC certified sources, and our bubble wrap is recyclable.

This specimen shows Ferberite (Wolframite), Muscovite, Siderite and Quartz, and it is from the Panasqueira Mines in Portugal. You will receive the exact Ferberite crystal shown in the photos.
The Panasqueira Mines in Portugal are famous for their highly desirable Fluorapatite, Arsenopyrite and Ferberite (Wolframite) specimens which are often considered the best in the world. Delicate Siderite crystals, sparkling Marcasite, Chalcopyrite & Pyrite, shiny Muscovite, Calcite and Quartz amongst the other minerals to come out of these mines.
Wolframite actually refers to a group of minerals rather than a single one, and usually describes either Ferberite or Hubnerite. Although it occurs worldwide, good quality Hubnerite specimens can be found in China, whilst delicate crystal specimens can be found in France. Portugal is probably the most famous location for well formd Ferberite crystals.
