Our top priority is ensuring your crystals arrive in perfect condition, but also in a way that has as little impact on the planet as possible. We use box suppliers who create our boxes out of recycled and sustainable materials, our padded envelopes are from a Climate Neutral company who use FSC certified sources, and our bubble wrap is recyclable.
This Ammolite specimen comes from Canada., we purchased it directly from the miner. As with most Ammolite, they have been sealed to protect them. Although these are not as bright and colourful as the Korite pieces, they are an excellent affordable way to add a piece of Ammolite to your collection at a much lower price tag. You will receive the exact crystal pictured.

Ammolite is composed of the fossilised shells of Ammonites. The different layers of the shell, which is formed of Aragonite, yield different colours - blues and purples are the top layers, which are the hardest to find as they are the first ones to erode or get damaged. Then comes greens and yellows, and finally reds are the deepest layer. Ammolite is a very rare gem as it is only mined in southwest Alberta, Canada.
