International shipping time varies depending on the destination, as a guide shipping to the USA usually takes between 1 - 2 weeks, but up to 6 weeks in rare cases if your parcel is held at customs.

We use box suppliers who create our boxes out of recycled and sustainable materials, our padded envelopes are from a Climate Neutral company who use FSC certified sources, and our bubble wrap is recyclable.

This very unusual bladed Marcasite Specimen is scattered with small cubic Pyrite crystals. It also has beautiful growth of acicular needles of Jamesonite - Boulangerite. These wonderful specimens are from a small new find in Peru that we purchased directly from the source at the Tucson Gem Show this year. You will receive the exact item pictured.

Marcasite is a polymorph of Pyrite, meaning has the same chemical formula as Pyrite, but a different crystal structure. In the jewellery trade Pyrite used in jewellery is sometimes known as Marcasite, and this is different to the mineral Marcasite.
